North Strategy / About

Commercial insight.
Practical judgement.

North Strategy is a founder-led independent advisory practice built around clarity, commercial value and decision-making in complex environments.

About the practice

A focused independent perspective.

North Strategy was established in 2026 as the consulting brand of Triple Three Insights Group Pty Ltd. The practice focuses on commercial strategy, competitive intelligence, AI and technology investment, and business transformation.

Our perspective is that sound business advice considers the opportunity and the constraints together: potential value, commercial realities, organisational capability, implementation dependencies and risk.

We focus on helping leaders think through complex choices and identify practical options for moving forward.

What we stand for

Direction, not complexity for its own sake.

Our thinking begins with the commercial question: What decision is required, why does it matter, and what information would make that decision more defensible?

We value independent judgement, plain communication, evidence-based options and practical implementation thinking. The aim is to connect strategy with the realities of operations, technology, people and risk.
